Nawala po ang pasaporte ko.: I lost my passport.
Pwede po ba akong makakuha ng police report?: Can I get a police report?
Kailangan ko po ito para sa embassy namin.: I need it for my embassy.
Hindi ko po nakita ang mukha niya.: I didn't see his/her face.
