ඉක්මනට දොස්තර කෙනෙක්ට කතා කරන්න! [ ikmanaṭa dostara kenekṭa katā karanna! ]: Call a doctor quickly!
මේක හදිසි අවස්ථාවක්! [ mēka hadisi avasthāvak! ]: It's an emergency!
මෙයාව ඉස්පිරිතාලෙට ගෙනියන්න! [ meyāva ispiratāleṭa geniyanna! ]: Take him/her to the hospital!
හදිසි අනතුරු අංශය කොහේද? [ hadisi anaturu anśaya kohēda? ]: Where is the emergency department?
මෙයාට සිහිය නෑ [ meyāṭa sihiya nǣ ]: He/She is unconscious
මෙයා හුස්ම ගන්නේ නෑ [ meyā husma gannē nǣ ]: He/She is not breathing
ගොඩක් ලේ යනවා [ goḍak lē yanavā ]: Bleeding a lot
